It has been a monumental season so far for Liverpool.
The Reds currently top the Premier League by no less than 16 points from Manchester City – they still have a game in hand as well – and they remain unbeaten in that competition. Not only that, they are still in the Champions League as well, whilst they also remain in the F.A Cup.
Given Jurgen Klopp’s decision to make himself and the club’s senior players unavailable for the fourth-round replay in that latter competition, against Shrewsbury, they could soon exit it. However, they are still on course for a treble, as it stands.

On Twitter, The Daily Telegraph reporter Ben Rumsby has asked Liverpool supporters an interesting question on Twitter: if you must choose one or the other, would you rather go the Premier League campaign unbeaten or win the treble?
It seems that the fans are torn on this one. Some want the treble.
At the end of the day, football is about winning, and a treble is something that has only been done once before by an English club – Manchester United in 1998/99.
Others, meanwhile, would like to be the next “Invincibles”.
Bearing in mind that it has been done just twice in the history of the English top flight, not losing a single match would also be a historical feat.

Some fans, though, don’t really care about either – winning the Premier League is all that matters.
After 30 years without a league win, anything else surely would be a bonus.
Meanwhile, James Pearce provides an update on Liverpool’s F.A Cup decision.
